  • Theatre Vacancies

    There are a wide range of exciting roles within our Theatres, including front of house, back stage/technical, bars, box office and management.  

    Rolling recruitment takes place for Front of House - Ushers, Bars and Technical Stage Crew and this is handled directly by each Theatre.     • Casual Front of House and Bar Staff - The London Palladium

      We are seeking casual members of staff to join the bar and Front of House team at The London Palladium.

      The theatre is hosting a busy timetable of high-profile concerts and variety acts throughout the remainder of 2017 including Scouting for Girls, Alison Moyet, Beverley Knight, Grayson Perry, Michael McIntyre and an enchanting new production of Dick Whittington produced by Qdos Entertainment, the world’s biggest pantomime producer, and the team behind last year’s record-breaking Cinderella.

      We are looking for staff who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and who are able to provide world class customer service to the wide variety of audiences visiting The London Palladium this year.

      Experience working on a bar would be advantageous as well as a willingness to get involved with all aspects of the operation.

    • Front of House Staff - Theatre Royal, Drury Lane

      Theatre Royal, Drury Lane is recruiting enthusiastic and confident Front of House staff to join the team for the run of 42nd Street.

       -Bar Staff

      Theatre Royal, Drury Lane is one of the world’s leading theatre venues.We take pride in our reputation for providing the highest levels of customer service in order to ensure that our guests experience a first class visit to our theatre. Previous retail, bar and hospitality experience would be desirable although not essential as training will be given.

    • Visitor Experience Assistant - The Other Palace

      We are seeking to appoint a Visitor Experience Assistant at The Other Palace.

    • Box Office Assistant - The London Palladium

      We have an exciting opportunity for a Box Office Assistant to join the team at The London Palladium to cover the Palladium Summer season.

      The successful candidate will have a proven ability of delivering the highest standards of customer service as well as maximising the revenue and profitability of the Box Office.

    • Deputy Chief Electrician - Theatre Royal Drury Lane

      We are seeking to appoint a Deputy Chief Electrician to work at Theatre Royal, Drury Lane.

      The successful candidate will have NVQ Level 2/3 e.g. City & Guilds 1810/2360/2365 or equivalent.  They will have a proven record of programming and ETC, EOS and Grand MA, as well as previous experience in a busy production theatre environment.

      They will be expected to undertake regular weekend work and some unsociable hours. 

      Please note this is a run of show contract intended to cover the run of 42nd Street.

    • Front of House Assistants - Adelphi Theatre

      We are currently seeking Front of House Assistants to join the team at The Adelphi Theatre, home to Broadway’s Tony Award winning musical Kinky Boots.

      Successful applicants will drive retail sales whilst delivering the highest levels of customer service in order to ensure that our guests experience a magical visit to our theatre.  Applicants should have a confident and positive attitude, be highly motivated, proactive, be willing to work unsociable hours and able to work well under pressure. Previous experience of either retail, bar, hospitality and/or visitor service is essential.

      Contract type available:

      8 shows per week: Basic hours 30 per week with the potential for some overtime

      3 shows per week: Basic hours 11.25 per week with the potential for some overtime

      Applicants must be available to work all shifts as per the contract type with the exception of holiday allowance.

      Contract will be for the remainder of the show at The Adelphi Theatre and all terms and conditions of employment will be as per the SOLT/BECTU agreement.

      Rate of pay: from £34.93 per shift (3 hours 45 minutes)

  • Head Office Vacancies

    The head office team is based at the Theatre Royal, Drury Lane and provide dedicated support to all our Theatres. Roles at head office may include IT, Finance, Programming, HR, Operations, Works and Hospitality.
