New London Theatre

New London

After 3 hectic months over the summer period with 2 shows running simultaneously at the New London, the front of house areas were in need of some attention.

Over four weeks in October 2014 a team worked out of hours to avoid any disruptions to War Horse, revamping the foyer and adjoining areas.

The foyer carpet having been trampled on by 50,000 people patrons over the summer period needed replacing, the nosings on the stairs were changed for new ones for H&S purposes and the staircases were redecorated, all helping to add a new lease of life to the front of house areas of the theatre.

As a final touch, new signage was hung in the front of house areas, made in the style to match the original décor.
