  • Theatre Vacancies

    There are a wide range of exciting roles within our Theatres, including front of house, back stage/technical, bars, box office and management.  

    Rolling recruitment takes place for Front of House - Ushers, Bars and Technical Stage Crew and this is handled directly by each Theatre.     • Venue Manager - London Palladium

      We are seeking to appoint a Venue Manager for the London Palladium. Reporting to the Operations Director, the Venue Manager will have overall responsibility for the leadership of the venue and will be in charge of project managing all major and high profile events.

      The successful candidate will have substantial experience of leading a high profile venue and a proven track record of delivering large scale events such as productions, concerts, events and venue hires and therefore an established credibility in the industry. Solid working knowledge of the live music, comedy and events industry is essential, as is demonstrable experience of managing and motivating large teams in order to achieve the highest level of customer service and maximising commercial opportunities.

    • Facilities Manager - London Palladium

      We are seeking to appoint a Facilities Manager for the London Palladium. Reporting to the Venue Manager, the Facilities Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operation and maintenance of building systems, facilities and soft FM services at the London Palladium and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and Company policies and standards.

      The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a broad spectrum of solid experience across managing health and safety, maintenance and security in a large venue and/or listed buildings as well as experience of managing outsourced providers. The ability to work well under pressure, with meticulous attention to detail in order to deliver the highest standards of presentation and guest comfort is essential for this role.

    • Event Operations Manager - London Palladium

      We are seeking to appoint an Event Operations Manager for the London Palladium, reporting to the Venue Manager. The Event Operations Manager will be in charge of project managing all small and medium scale productions and events at the London Palladium; they will also oversee and have ultimate responsibility for front of house operational fulfilment at all events. 

      The successful candidate will have substantial experience of working in a senior venue management position and a proven track record of delivering events such as productions, concerts, events and venue hires. Solid working knowledge of the live music, comedy and events industry is essential, as is previous experience of managing large teams and a demonstrable background in building relationships and establishing credibility with tour promoters, colleagues and the public.

      We are currently recruiting for a Front of House Operations Manager at the London Palladium, to be the manager responsible for the front of house operational fulfilment of events, reporting into the Event Operations Manager.

      The successful candidate will have substantial experience of working in a senior venue management position and a proven track record of managing the front of house operational fulfilment of events such as productions, concerts, events and venue hires. Solid working knowledge of the SOLT/BECTU agreement is essential as is demonstrable experience of managing large teams in order to achieve the highest levels of customer service.

    • Front of House Commercial Manager - London Palladium

      We are seeing to appoint a Front of House Commercial Manager at the London Palladium, reporting to the Venue Manager. The Front of House Commercial Manager will be responsible for maximising the commercial opportunities from the front of house operation at each event which includes  the effective and profitable operation of all hospitality, bars, catering and other sales outlets.

      The successful candidate will be strategically and commercially focused and will have substantial experience of working in a senior venue management position and a proven track record of delivering maximum hospitality, bars, catering and other sales profit for events such as productions, concerts and venue hires. A solid working knowledge of the SOLT/BECTU agreement and premises licensing is essential as is demonstrable experience of managing large teams in order to maximise sales and service opportunities.

    • Front of House Managers (Event Fulfilement) - London Palladium

      The London Palladium is currently recruiting for Front of House Managers who together with the rest of the management team will be responsible for the practical fulfilment of events on the night. The purpose of this position is to ensure that everything runs smoothly and the highest standards are achieved.

      The successful candidate will have previous experience of supervising staff and providing the highest level of front line customer service. A demonstrable understanding of health and safety and licensing issues is essential and it is also desirable to have some knowledge of the SOLT/BECTU agreement.

    • Front of House Assistants - Adelphi Theatre

      The Adelphi Theatre is currently seeking Front of House Assistants to join their team.

       Successful applicants will drive retail sales whilst delivering the highest levels of customer service in order to ensure that our guests experience a magical visit to our theatre.  Applicants should have a confident and positive attitude, be highly motivated, proactive, be willing to work unsociable hours and able to work well under pressure. Previous experience of either retail, bar, hospitality and/or visitor service is essential.

    The head office team is based at the Theatre Royal, Drury Lane and provide dedicated support to all our Theatres. Roles at head office may include IT, Finance, Programming, HR, Operations, Works and Hospitality.
